Starting out with the finest chocolate and a blend of bases obtained from various sources to produce 17 unique flavours of delicious chocolate.
Melted; hand mixed and moulded using old style methods and equipment reminiscent of yesteryear.
The quality and processing temperatures are closely monitored during manufacture and the finished product seal-packed in high quality boxes.
Visitors to the popular factory at Taranna, Tasmania may witness the whole manufacturing process through viewing windows provided.
Secret recipes are used which have been developed over a number of years and have proved to be popular with the public.
An ongoing process of experimentation and development is in place to increase and improve the range of products.
Currently there is a list of 25 flavours made by using a range of top quality ingredients and flavourings carefully selected and sourced Australia wide.
The result is a pleasantly smooth chocolate with flavours catering for the individual tastes of all people. Some are unique to Federation Chocolate and are considered a taste sensation by chocolate lovers.
A plain dark sugarless variety is also available proving popular with diabetic and dark chocolate lovers alike.
