What makes our 85% Dark chocolate so special and sought after?

For some it's our FullBean Chocolate (tm) making process - where we take organic Peruvian cacao beans that have been direct sourced from small farming communities, whe then process the beans by stone rollers for 72 hours, add Australian raw sugar and age the chocolate to create amazing depth of flavour.

For others it's having chocolate that is made in Tasmania by people who care about every aspect of the chocolate making experience.

Then there is the fact that our chocolate contains no preservatives, no fillers, nothing artificial and is less processed then your average chocolate. Gluten free and vegan friendly, we retain the good stuff from the cacao bean.
