The Gin sourced form William McHenry's Distillery at Port Arthur Australia southern-most whisky distillery
The lavender oil sourced from Bridestow lavender farm at NABOWLA Tasmania. It takes about 100 kilograms of flowers to produce just one kilogram of lavender oil.
Combined with our Organic Peruvian cacao and raw Australian cane sugar and you have amazing complex flavours of cacao, lavender and the aromatics from the distilled Gin.
