Using our own secret process the fine grade cacao beans are infused with premium Australian Rum prior to making chocolate from the nibs.
From bean to bar this is a 3 week process to create an amazing chocolate product full of Rum flavour which creates a smooth and beautiful flavoured chocolate.
The Cacao selected for this chocolate is grown on the border of the Amazon Jungle in Peru by small family farmers who grow the Cacao organically to ensure they have no impact on the Amazon.
Federation Chocolate takes those beans and infuses them with Tasmanian Whisky prior to making them into chocolate.
