Return Policy

If you have any problems with your order, please follow these guidelines: Incorrect or Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, or does not match its description, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to send you a replacement or issue a full refund.

Change of Mind: We generally do not accept returns for change of mind.

Temperature Concerns: Chocolate is sensitive to heat. We are not responsible for products damaged during shipping unless you select Express Post with insurance during checkout.
