Things to know when ordering from us.

For International shipping, including the USA and UK. Please contact us directly for a quote as postage will need to be calculated. sales@federationchocolate.com.au we look forward to hearing from you.

• Get your chocolate delivered quickly - Choose Express Shipping method.
• We will do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
• Please make sure you use a delivery address that has someone who can receive the package
• Some items such as fudge are "made to order". This may delay sending your package by a day or two.
• We will insulate the package as best we can but heat can effect the products which we cannot be held responsible for. We can provide an insulated box for a small fee.
• In most cases we use Australia post to get your order to you. Delivery time frames from Australia post can vary but as an indication the following is a guide.

Standard and Free delivery

Tasmania: up to 5 days from order

Australia: 10 to 14 days. Up to 21 days during peak times (Mid November to 25th December)

Express Delivery

Tasmania: 2 Business days

Australian Capital cities: 3 Business Days

Australia Outside Capital cities: 4 to 7 business days.
