We ship Australia-wide. Orders are packed with care at our Coal River Valley chocolate factory. We use Express post to get your delicious snacks to you as soon as possible.

We want to make sure you have all the information you need to choose the perfect Federation Chocolate treats! Our website provides detailed descriptions and images for all our products.

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any problems with your order, please follow these guidelines: Incorrect or Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, or does not match its description, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to send you a replacement or issue a full refund.

Change of Mind: We generally do not accept returns for change of mind.

Temperature Concerns: Chocolate is sensitive to heat. We are not responsible for products damaged during shipping unless you select Express Post with insurance during checkout.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please email us at sales@federationchocolate.com.au with your order details and reason for return. We will provide you with further instructions.

Refunds: If you are entitled to a refund, we will process it within 30 days of receiving your return.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of returning any items to us. Please ensure they are packaged securely.

Inadequate packaging for the summer season. The chocolate had melted and was inedible. It was binned. Didn’t get to taste it.

Please accept our sincerest apologies for the condition of the chocolate you recently received. We understand how disappointing it is when your order arrives in less than ideal condition.

We take great care to ship our chocolates during hotter periods and monitor weather conditions closely to minimise the risk of melting. Furthermore, we only utilise Express Post for a significant portion of our summer shipments, and our track record of successful deliveries during this time has been excellent, with 100's of packages of chocolate being sent to all corners of Australia without issue over the last 4 weeks.

However, we understand that unforeseen issues can arise. As we say in our communication with you if something goes wrong we will make it right, you just have to reach out to us via email or phone.
