Featured in Qantas Travel Insider: Sharing Our Little Corner of Tasmania

There's something special about seeing your own story through someone else's eyes.

Recently, while flicking through the latest edition of Qantas Travel Insider, we came across a feature celebrating the Coal River Valley—one of Tasmania's premier cool-climate wine regions. As we turned the page, there it was: Every Man & His Dog Vineyard listed alongside some of the valley's most respected wineries.

For a small family business, it was one of those moments that makes you stop and smile.

A Small Family Vineyard in the Coal River Valley

Every Man & His Dog Vineyard has never been about producing thousands of bottles or becoming the biggest winery in Tasmania.

Instead, we've focused on creating something a little different.

Our vineyard sits just outside Richmond in Tasmania's beautiful Coal River Valley. Here we grow a small selection of cool-climate grape varieties, including some that are rarely seen anywhere else in Australia.

Visitors often tell us that what they remember most isn't just the wine or the chocolate—it's the feeling of slowing down for a while.

Sometimes, the simplest moments become the ones we remember the longest.

More Than Just Wine

Many people discover us because of Federation Chocolate, our bean-to-bar chocolate made entirely in Tasmania.

Others arrive looking for a relaxed vineyard experience.

They soon discover they don't have to choose between the two.

Our chocolate and wine experiences have become one of the things that makes visiting us a little different. Carefully pairing handcrafted chocolate with our estate wines creates conversations, surprises and plenty of smiles around the tasting table.

It's a combination we're incredibly proud to share.

Proud to Represent the Coal River Valley

One of the things we loved most about the Qantas Travel Insider article wasn't simply that our vineyard was included.

It celebrated the entire Coal River Valley.

This region is home to passionate growers, talented winemakers, local producers and welcoming cellar doors. Together, they help make southern Tasmania one of Australia's most rewarding food and wine destinations.

We're honoured to be part of that story.
