If you haven’t tasted ruby chocolate yet, you’re in for something special. With its vibrant pink colour and tangy-sweet flavour, ruby chocolate is the newest innovation in the chocolate world. Made from ruby cocoa beans, it delivers a fruity, almost raspberry-like taste that sets it apart from milk, dark, or white chocolate.
At Federation Chocolate, we offer a limited supply of ruby chocolate callets, perfect for bakers, chocolatiers, and dessert lovers looking to create something eye-catching and indulgent. Whether you're whipping up a celebration cake or adding a twist to your weekday baking, ruby chocolate is a stunning and delicious choice.
In this post, we’re sharing some of our favourite ways to use ruby chocolate, including easy recipes and baking inspiration to help you make the most of this unique ingredient.
🍓 What is Ruby Chocolate?
Ruby chocolate is made from specially fermented ruby cocoa beans and gets its signature colour naturally—no added dyes or flavourings. Its taste? Think creamy white chocolate meets tart raspberries.
Perfect for melting, drizzling, moulding, or chopping into bakes, ruby chocolate opens up a whole new world of dessert possibilities.
