Really loving the support from Chocolate makers from all over the world who have helped us get here.
Very surreal having 100's of Kilos of Cacao beans turn up after travelling from places like Venezuela, Peru and Ecuador.
Then sorting, roasting, winnowing and conching the beans to make amazing chocolate.
My childhood self would never of dreamed of these days - working, playing and tasting chocolate
